Tatiana Samarskaya-Vozniouk, Artistic and Cultural Representative of The Eurasia Center
  
Tatiana Samarskaya-Vozniouk, of Russian-Ukrainian heritage, has lived in the US since 1991. There her work has allowed her to introduce to the public artists from every continent. Also, Tatiana is widely known for the variety of world-class cultural events she has arranged; these are often evocative of the charm and sensibility of bygone eras. She currently represents The America-Eurasia Art Foundation (AEAF) and its efforts to create the Museum of Eurasia here in Washington, DC. The Eurasia Museum will educate Americans about the rich cultural and artistic heritages that the nations of Europe and Asia share with America. It will serve as a platform in our Nation's Capitol for citizens to experience the rich plane of art and culture which brings peoples together through peace and understanding. 

Tatiana descends from distinguished, politically active families. An uncle was an assistant to Soviet Foreign Minister Andrei Gromyko, and as a journalist, accompanied Nikita Khrushchev on his celebrated visit to the United States. Her mother was a poet, painter, and nurse who cared for the elderly and children. Her father received numerous State honors in his lifetime; one (which came with an official State title) was awarded for his work in saving the lives of Jewish people during the Holocaust; another was for being one of the engineers who volunteered to go into Chernobyl to clean up after the nuclear disaster.

Tatiana is a member of IVCLA and United Nation Association of the USA - Beverly Hills Chapter. Tatiana has been awarded the Saint Anna (Russian) and the Saint Stanislas (Ukrainian) Medals of Honor for her International charitable and cultural work. Tatiana has been involved with organizing events with The Eurasia Center and The Eurasia Center Business Coalition and through her efforts maximized greater outreach to the officials and nations of Europe and Asia (Eurasia).  

Layth Abdulamir

Franco-Iraqi film director and Art collector, born on October 24, 1957 in Iraq.

Studied cinema at the Sorbonne, received a film director's diploma at the Kiev

State Theater Institute named after I.K.Karpenko-Kary (1985), defended his dissertation at the Rylsky Institute of Applied Physics (2019) and received a PhD degree in art history.

As a documentary filmmaker, he shot many documentaries for ARTE, FR 3, France 5, KTO, MEZZO et France info, etc.

Many of his films have received awards at international film festivals.

He worked as one of the organizers of the Dubai TV news channel, and later as the director of the Al-Akarya-Media channel (1999-2004).

As a cinema theorist, he is published in cultural journals. Periodically conducts master classes in France, Belgium, Morocco, Jordan, Oman, Ukraine, etc.

Richard Trifan Composer and Performing Artist

Started his piano and composition studies before the age of three with his father, Daniel S. Trifan, a classical violinist who followed the tutorial model of Leopold Mozart. He received his formal musical education at the Juilliard School at Lincoln Center, having studied piano at age 12 with the late Mme. Rosina Lhevinne as well as composition and orchestration. At the age of eleven, he won the Philadelphia Orchestra Children's Concerts competition along with his brother Daniel, performing the 2-piano concerto in D Minor by Poulenc. He was the United States winner of the BMI Student Composer Awards at the age of thirteen. In addition to his compositions for the piano, he is also a symphonic composer and composer for the organ. His first opera, the Global Opera, features five acts, each sung in a different language. Richard also attended the Horace Mann School, Columbia University and FDU, and also possesses a BBA and MBA in marketing.

Volodymyr Milkov, Musician and Cultural Rep. for Ukraine

A native of Ukraine, Volodymyr was born in Kiev in a creative family: his father – an actor, grandfather – a lead vocalist of the famous Ukrainian Choir named after H. Verovky. His grandmother was a ballet dancer.

In a childhood, Volodymyr studied music, graduated from the music school in piano and guitar. At the age of 12, he organized a musical band at the school and from that time he was writing songs, playing and singing in music bands until he was 24.

After marriage and birth of his daughter, Volodymyr managed his own business. But nevertheless, he always tried to find time for music. He is the author of lyrics and music as well as a performer. Volodymyr writes only about what the heart feels and the soul sings.

Andrey  Luchkois a Performing Arts Administration/Management Professional with a solid record of planning and producing successful long-term and seasonal programs for regional and internationally acclaimed opera/concert companies. Member of The National Society of Leadership and Success ΣΑΠ.


 Andrey has made his name as a choral conductor, vocal professor, and performing arts administrator. From 2003 to 2011, Andrey performed with the world-famous the Bolshoi Thereat of Russia as a chorus member and soloist in the vocal ensemble. His work with the Bolshoi Theatre of Russia allowed him to perform Internationally with world-renowned opera stages, including performances in the Royal Opera House (London), La Scala (Milan), Lincoln Center (New York), NHK Center (Tokyo) and many opera festivals throughout Europe.

Andrey has been Adjunct Professor of Conducting at the School of Continued Education and Professional Studies at Zaoksky Christian University. During his tenure, he formed and designed a program and curriculum for the Vocal Program for Zaoksky Christian Music School, also has served as a church music director and conductor for more than ten years.

He holds a Master of Arts in Leadership in the Arts and Entertainment Industries (New York Institute of Technology), a Master of Music in Music and Pedagogy – Vocal Performance (M.M. Ippolitov - Ivanov State Music and Pedagogy Institute, Moscow, Russia), a Bachelor of Arts in Music Pedagogy – Choral Conducting (Zaoksky Christian University, Tula region, Russia).
